The journey you have made so far will reward you for many years to come.

True homesteading is neither easy nor cheap but the rewards are priceless both in sustainability and in the memories you will make and the relationship to your land and the world.

Everything comes in time when you have a dream, and the support you have received from outside sources (getting your water, charging batteries, etc.) is a gift to encourage a person to continue moving forward with their dream.

We can only hope we make the right choices in choosing what we need and what will work best, and have time to think through every obstacle without saying “I wish I had”.... it sounds to me like you are well on your way in your journey @mountainjewel
