We love to eat different types of cuisine. I really like special food. The big thing is that eating food during summer keeps health good. Because broth-like food is very important during excessive heat. Our body needs calcium and protein very much. Especially in rural areas, these vegetables are cultivated by farmers and in our Bangladesh, these are expensive and the price is very low. Anyway, I am very happy to share this with my family. And I am even more happy to hear praise from my mother-in-law. So friends, stay healthy and be well, may Allah protect you.
