Hi everyone, I hope you are all well. I am here with a very great homework for you, your herbalist. It is about making ketchup at home. People all over the world like to eat ketchup. Sometimes it is spread on slices, sometimes on bread, sometimes on shawarma, sometimes on burgers. Let's Start

First, I took fresh tomatoes and washed them thoroughly with water so that if there was any dirt on them, it would be cleaned.I needed garlic salt, sugar, Tomatoes and vinegar to make garlic ketchup, so I gathered all these ingredients in one place to make garlic herbal ketchup.

I chopped the tomatoes into small pieces with a knife and then put them in a pot so that they could be cooked. Before lighting the fire, I also added half a cup of water to it so that the tomatoes would boil easily.

After that, I added garlic to it and put the lid on the pot so that the steam could not escape and the tomatoes would cook quickly and the garlic would also boil at the same time. This whole process took five to seven minutes and it was ready.

Now it was ready to boil, I put it in a juicer blender and grinded it. Now it was completely ground. After that, I filtered it so that the peel and seeds were separated. Now you can filter it with a sieve or mesh cloth.

I put the filtered solution back into the pot, placed it on a low heat, and added salt, red chili powder, and sugar to taste.

Now I added half a cup of vinegar to it and kept stirring it slowly with a spoon so that it does not burn from the bottom and I also kept the flame low. In this way, a perfect thick ketchup was ready in eight to ten minutes, as you can see.

Your best herbal ketchup with garlic is ready. You can see that when it cools down, I put it in a bowl, then a jar, which I washed well with hot water and dried. Then I put this ketchup in it and made the lid airtight. Now this ketchup is safe for six months. You can use it.

Sort:  

White vinegar is usually used to remove the odor of chicken and fish. Apple vinegar and grape vinegar are used in food, and it is used in ketchup so that it does not spoil quickly and remains safe. If you do not have apple or grape vinegar available, you can use this white vinegar.

Any vinegar other than apple and grape vinegar can be used.
