Let me tell you about es teler. Es Teler originated from Central Java, which was the initiative of a family of fruit sellers, who tried to innovate fruit drinks, which then created Es Teler.

Es Teler is a drink containing a mixture of fruits, which is served with coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk and sugar.

Teler, in Indonesian means a self-unconscious condition which is usually connoted with a drunken state.

Es Teler is an expression for ice that makes drinkers become unconscious because of the delicious taste.

So, until now Es Teler is known to be a refreshing and delicious drink, often served as a dessert because the mixture of these ingredients is generally used as a dessert.

Fruits that are usually used as a mixture of Es Teler are avocado, jackfruit and young coconut. Usually also added with cincau (a type of jelly obtained from plant extracts).

At least that is good, to bring the customer closer to the family, at dining times while talking about things that might not have been said before.

The Service

ES TELER 77 conceptualizes "self-service" so that customers must order themselves, and take food in the "order area". The waiter will not come to your table to ask for your order.

Sometimes this type of service sucks because we cannot sit when queuing up to make payments. Enough time is wasted to stand up, pay, wait for orders to finish, and bring food to the seat.

Especially if this restaurant has rush hour, is busy, very annoying a lot of queues at "ORDER AREA.

My Experience

I always go to this restaurant if I want to enjoy "ES TELER". The legendary taste of ES TELER in this place does have a distinctive character and is hard to find elsewhere. That is what makes customers come back to this place.

Young coconut combined with avocado, with coconut milk and sweetened condensed milk, is a taste that you should try when visiting Indonesia.

Sweetness that is not excessive is the key to this drink. If the sweetness is excessive, it will damage the overall taste of this drink.

For food, I chose to order Chicken Noodles as my "comfort food."

For the taste, the chicken noodles served by this restaurant are nothing special. Just Ordinary. But that doesn't matter. Just ordinary does not mean bad. Just ordinary means delicious that can be accepted by the tongue of society in general.

I am quite satisfied with this Chicken Noodle dish even though I say "Just Ordinary". The noodles are quite springy with chicken and vegetable filling which doesn't disappoint.

CONCLUSION

If you want to invite your family who are in Indonesia, and can not be far from "comfort food" Indonesian food, then you can make ES TELER 77 a right choice.

ES TELER 77 will become a favorite menu that can be an unforgettable dish. You can also just make conversation with friends by enjoying a dish of Es Teler, even without eating other menus.

In accordance with the name of the restaurant, this restaurant does have a legendary "ES TELER" dish that is hard to forget.
