
On this bright and cheerful Sunday, I will share happiness with all of you. Join me in this contest to prepare my favorite menu. Previously, I will invite several Steemians, namely @ahsansharif @asma-khan and @suboohi to take part in this lively contest. Every day, we always prepare the best menu for ourselves and our beloved families at home. Daily food menus should not only be delicious but also have sufficient nutritional value for our bodies.
For breakfast, my family and I always choose healthy and light meals. My breakfast menu isn't the same every day; I often offer variations to avoid boredom with just one item. This Sunday morning, I prepared a serving of savory rice. This plate of savory rice consists of rice, which contains carbohydrates, eggs, which contain protein, a little chili sauce, small noodles, and crackers. Although the menu is simple, it's enough to provide energy to welcome a cheerful morning.
For lunch, I was very excited to prepare it, especially on a weekend like this. After taking the time to shop for groceries at the market, I immediately cooked a menu that is my and my family's favorite. For vegetables, I cooked fresh boiled spinach. I really like spinach because of its calcium and magnesium content, which is important for bone growth. Then I fried delicious red fish and stir-fried clams with green chilies, which are my favorites. I also cooked sour milkfish Padeh, my mother's sorrow.
As evening approaches, I prepare a simple dinner: a plate of fried noodles with fresh cucumber slices. Before I dig in, I prepare a refreshing snack: a sweet and fragrant mango. I love mangoes because they are rich in vitamin C, which is essential for skin growth. They also help maintain immunity, aid digestion, and ward off free radicals. Besides the varied menu I prepare, of course, I, and all of us, must also drink plenty of water, as our bodies need it. We must avoid dehydration.
Maintaining a healthy daily diet is crucial in our lives. Good food isn't about expensive or cheap food, but rather about providing the nutritional value our bodies need, such as carbohydrates, protein, healthy fats, minerals, and vitamins. Thus, my participation in this contest is hopefully beneficial for my beloved Steemians.
