The love and mercy of God be in the whole community. Welcome to my blog!. Share a new message When you grow up without the warmth of a mother, you feel that you are missing something very big. You also feel that a cloud of fear and panic envelops you. It covers you fear, insecurity and doubt. You lack the most important thing, the warmth of being that brought you into the world. That's how I grew up, in the company of my grandparents, instead of my parents. Around him, it became terror. Although my grandfather, may he rest in peace; He went with the Lord, he always tried to teach us biblical principles, even with all that, my childhood required the protection of my mother. I woke up with a lot of fear, huge vacuums of doubt and insecurity.

There was a constant struggle with fear. Fear of going to school, starting a new day or starting a new relationship of friendship with a classmate. Dealing with changes in my life usually made me feel scared and insecure. Everything was a battle with what could happen. What happens if I get sick or if someone I love dies? The list was infinite. I was imprisoned because of fear. It is a strong and painful experience.

After receiving and knowing Christ, I understood that the enemy sends fear to torment us. His desire is to prevent us from doing everything God wants us to do and to prevent us from getting everything He wants us to have. We can change our fear for the faith, while we decide to believe in the Word of God. In Isaiah 41:10, God encourages his people by saying: Do not fear [there is nothing to fear], for I am with you; Do not look around with terror and do not faint, because I am God.

When we realize that God is with us and that we are capable of doing everything He asks of us, we will have victory over fear.

Growing up with fear and panic paralyzed me in everything I undertook. He blocked me completely. Insecurity enveloped me. It was neutral. But, when Christ entered my life, I could understand that "perfect love drives out fear." That is what happened, I began to face reality and circumstances based on my faith that "if God is for us, who is against us". The daily application of the Word of God was such a powerful weapon to defend me against all the incursions of the enemy. It is like listening to the voice of God who tells you: "take the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God." All repentance and sadness was turning into joy. However, it is important to clarify that fear is something natural that happens when we are going to carry out a new activity in our lives, the problem lies when we block and neutralize, and we do not face the situation. There it is, when we give place to the enemy; but when we approach the matter with the power of the Holy Spirit that is in us, the situation changes and is in our name.

Thank God, I learned to put my faith and hope in God and began to believe in the good things He has planned for my life! The enemy would like to do the same with you, so that you stay focused on all the pain and disappointment that you have experienced. Why? This is for you to give up your hope and wait for bad things to happen for the rest of your life. But, you can learn to say no to this plan of hopelessness in your life and decide to say yes to God's plan of hope.

@enimariana. One of the ways to fight fear is with faith. Fear blinds us and does not allow us to see the truth, prevents us from listening to God and paralyzes us. The spirit of fear forms a prison in our mind that does not allow us to have faith. Faith, on the other hand, allows us to see things the way God sees them.
