This is what I woke up to this morning, our dapper puppy dad Dakota, looking for a bit of cuddle time with mom. :D

A bit of father/son/daughter/sister/brother bonding for our dapper puppy dad Dakota, his handsome sons Shadow and Tiny, and his beautiful daughters Lady and Mya. :D

Our pretty puppy mom Karma staying hydrated in the sunshine. :D

The clouds have come for our sunshine, Mother Nature, please don’t let them take our sunshine away. :D

Princess (background) was too busy grazing up on the little hill to join Leroy (foreground left) and Belle’s (foreground right) conversation by the water tub. :D

Our handsome boys Buddy (left) and Joker (right) enjoying a quiet breakfast for two. :D

My handsome husband went outside to let the chickens out, give them their morning treat and to give the herd their breakfast oats while I stayed inside and made us some cinnamon buns for our breakfast treat. :D

Our pit run gravel is finally here! :D It was supposed to be here last Monday or Tuesday, but when it still wasn’t here by Wednesday, I called the company and asked were it was. :D I spoke to the owner of the company and he assured me it would be here late Thursday or early Friday, both days came and went and still no gravel came. By Friday night my handsome husband was a bit miffed and told me not to call them anymore, we’d find a new company to bring some out. :D

Now we just need to move that pile over to in front of the barn to clean up the sloppy, slippery mess, that all the rain has made over there. :D

Thankfully my handsome husband has a backhoe and knows how to use it. :D

Belle was mooing her head off and our grand-puppies were all freaking out, why, because Leroy and Buddy had escaped and were into our garden bed area. :D Thankfully my handsome husband and I managed to get Leroy and Buddy back in with Joker, hopefully Belle and Princess gave the boys a stern talking to after we headed back inside. :D

Too bad it wasn’t before they ran through the garden bed with our radishes in it. :D Thankfully it was before they got to the beds with the lettuce in them though, or we’d have no lettuce left. :D

There’s still more to do, but for now, we’ve made a nice wide pathway to the barn. :D

We also filled in the sunken spot along the wall by and under the door into the chicken run. :D

We are getting a lovely serenade tonight; frogs make some very pretty music. :D

This frog wasn’t afraid of me at all, it let me get closer than most of them do before they hop into the pond and disappear. :D

This one’s a twofer, I didn’t even realize the one on the left was there until I loaded the picture onto my computer. :D
