  • yyyeah ... as things usually go, i got caught up on olespiceys shack this morning but did get to finish the creditor api for steemplayer, then found out wordpress crontab is like david copperfield only .... teh suck ... that thing fires WITH EVERY PAGE CALL ?? i can imagine what that does to a site with some traffic ... every pagecall extra functions from every plugin hm ? .... i object, but i solve ... so i booted up alleycat again. I learned a lot in the last months working on tyrnannoght - im slowly cleaning out the morgancode as it still has all that shellscripting for rendering both this and tyrnannoght simultaneous as i was gonna do a CLI (reply-based) game with posts over several accounts until i could find some hosting i could afford (which atm can cost exactly about $0 per year) , then along came Hostinger ...not perfect but certainly usable on the free accounts (no idea what the paid ones are but i'm sure ill find out later ... unless combell makes me a better offer when i can finally talk some money - if its vps versus server however the choice is already made ..) Then along came cloudinary ... CLOUDINARY OMG (i lost all faith in the cloud after microshyte ripped me off all my data on onedrive and skype "for no reasons given" ... "you violated bla" but they never said what, i didnt get a chance to defend myself AND i didnt even get a chance to backup MY OWN FUCKING DATA FROM THEIR FUCKING CLOUD FUCK YOU MICROSOFT ... then along comes FREE cloudflare (the only reason why im willing to use alleycat public) - you can get some amazing shit (yea language yea language, ask your local phd linguistics and they will affirm its only and f-word when used like one) , even if you're broke bum like me

have a pic : THAT thing is alleycat.be ... it runs apache (LAMPsql) , my autovoters, some crontabbery that does blokchainstuff, linux mint Xfce desktop and works just fine with firefox and chrome open at once ) ... on a celeron CPU (but i dont have a million visitors ofcourse and i doubt i can run a steem node on top of that, so , feel free to upvote me to Xeon prices even if i don't do utopian rules or add curie tags (thats begging ... imo ... okay, imo, i dont tell anyone what to do or dont, i just wouldnt feel good about it)

I ... i dont think i can fit even an i3 inthere as there's no room for anything but two sidefans (i bought them when i had some better times, silent fans with whopper-RPM x2, works like a charm ..)

And thus it came to pass that insted of working on the returnvalues i got to moddiing out the http referer (i dont see the point if you can simply spoof that lol ... yes we learn a lot ... ever since we quit school we have ... i still think i shoulda quite at 16 , that thing held me back ... this place still does ..) so now i'm re-running limbo as i got like an oodle of scripts and some of them go "computer says no" ofcourse as they expect identification ...
