ALWAYS BE THANKFUL

Philippians 4:6 (Living Bible)

6 Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything; tell God your needs, and don't forget to thank him for his answers.

Worry not about things you can't change or add to instead pray to God, tell Him about it and when he answers don't fail, forget, delay to thank Him.

Remember, the 10 lepers in Luke17:11-19

11 As they continued onward toward Jerusalem, they reached the border between Galilee and Samaria,
12 and as they entered a village there, ten lepers stood at a distance,
13 crying out, "Jesus, sir, have mercy on us!"
14 He looked at them and said, "Go to the Jewish priest and show him that you are healed!" And as they were going, their leprosy disappeared.
15 One of them came back to Jesus, shouting, "Glory to God, I'm healed!"
16 He fell flat on the ground in front of Jesus, face downward in the dust, thanking him for what he had done. This man was a despised Samaritan.
17 Jesus asked, "Didn't I heal ten men? Where are the nine?
18 Does only this foreigner return to give glory to God?"
19 And Jesus said to the man, "Stand up and go; your faith has made you well."

They cried out to Jesus for help. They knew Jesus was the only one to set them free (heal).
Jesus in response to their cried, told them to go to the Jewish priest (the world) and show them all you are no more sick. They happily left (obedience) and immediately, they were healed of their leprosy. Hallelujah
They went home rejocing, singing, shouting and dancing. Maybe some of them left with the joy. Of being healed without even showing himself to the Jewish priest as commander by Jesus.

What strikes me most is that just one man returned to thank God.

One of them came back to Jesus, shouting, "Glory to God, I'm healed

He postrated before the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords, His Healer to say thank you
Shocking as it may seems, he was according to my version (Living Bible) a despised Samaritan, a foreigner, Jesus Himself was shocked, He asked: where are the other nine? a foreigner came back to thank Him.

Sometimes, we feel we know God too well and we fail to do what we are supposed to do. We wake up in the morning, we fail to thank Him because we feel we know him too well, we eat, walk, sit, clap, drink water, talk and we fail to thank God because we think we know Him, that it is our right.

A foreigner, went back to Jesus and thank Him, and His healing was perfected.

I know know what you have requested from God, for years now or months now, my dear, start thanking Him in advance.

Sometimes, we vow with words to thank Him or do a particular thing for Him (Jesus) if He do a particular thing for us. He hears us and grant our request but we fail to redeem our vow or even thank Him not even to share it with others.

Thank God for everything He has done for you, the wants He hasn't done yet, thank Him.

Fulfill your promises if you have make one.

DON'T EVER FORGET TO THANK GOD.

when you thank God, He will do more things for you. Thank Him always.
