That duck egg is thick. It’s awesome knowing what you are eating right? I mean you know what you feed your ducks and in turn what you let feeding your family; very cool. I used to go crazy for cheese, but I’ve never been a fan of the term “cheese curd”. It just sounds gross to me. That habanero in the middle doesn’t though. Great post my friend!
Curd...Turd...you know. Lol. Actually that was the first time I have even had cheese curds. Honestly I don’t know the difference other than the shape. Yes the habanero was amazing!!!
Happy FFF
Great contender chef, I saw you put a tie last week, congrautlions! Eh, it’s pretty cool seeing all of these new contenders huh? Even when I don’t have an article I can throw together, ya’all still give me plenty of engagement opportunity. Happy #fff Splatts!
Between starting to working out and trying to not swing into a convince store during the day and eating healthy snacks from home instead of my evil jalapeño cheddar Cheetos. That’s like my kryptonite Holmes!! And all the other garage food they have those places. I dang near forgot to take any photos of any food. Lol.
Though writing this has given me an idea about next Friday.
It’s always awesome to have you making your rounds and givin’ out some FFF love.
I see you Splatts, I can see you waking up over there! Congratulations my brother, it’s an evolution process. I have a sneaking suspicion if you maintain your new routine, about this time next year, those Cheetos are gonna look like everything else in the whole.entire.middle.section of grocery stores—packaged Poison.
Thanks for blogging about it dude, those are the articles the majority of us really enjoy.
Not just for health reasons but the amount of money used on a daily basis to cram this fake food down your throat. $5 here $10 there... it adds up fast.
My idea is to do a price comparison between eating garbage snacks and lets say broccoli or pistachios. I’m thinking we might see some crazy numbers for the amount spent per month.
A good breakfast sandwich is always a treat. Love bacon on most any sandwitch.
I don't know if they have Taylor Ham in your area. It also goes by the name Pork Roll.
Every luncheonette in Nj carries it, as it is such a popular breakfast meat.
Only one problem, no one in the area of NY we live in has ever heard of the stuff.
When we had the family up for the holidays, my son bought two huge rolls of Taylor Ham back in NJ, but forgot them at home. At least that was his excuse.
Maybe the bacon on the bottom of the sandwich picture could have been rotated 180 degrees and presto bacon on the top.😁😁😁
@jlsplatts headed out of town and just wanted to cast my vote for this weeks contest. Hey Splatts, Chew on This! ~ #potroastcrockpot gets my vote. I don't know if voting early deserves a fish slap, but if it does feel free to fish slap the heck out of me. Later my man.
Food Fight Friday
May your contender survive and not be placed in a permanent food coma.

Those are huge eggs, they make the sandwich. I don't eat bacon anymore, but I would take a big bite out that sandwich any day.
