A Quick Escape from a Boring Routine

in CCS8 days ago

My 7 year routine of going to qork and home and vice versa had gotten me so bored and I am ver glad that my husband understands my frustrations. Every time I get a day off from work, he takes me to palces, if nto to our farm, he takes me to his work and even takes me to an amateur boxing tournament with him, on this post, I will share about the day he took me to the municipal gymnasium to see him train kids and we took our osn with us because he started to get interested in boxing once again.

Boarding the multicab vehicle, my husband drove for about 10 minutes and here are some snaps I took along the way. Anyway, thsi is my entry to travel contest week number 1 hosted @benoitblanc. Link of the original post is provided at the bottom of the post.

On our way to Manolo, we passed by on a hill, most of the locals don't know the real name of the hill hut we call it "bukid ni Jugador" which we got from the name of someone.who had control of it back in the days but now, the government had it back and is hopefully to be distributed to the indigenous people in the locality.

Another snap I took while travelling is on Dicklum Bridge where a motorcycle was ahead of us and became a great subject to my photography. The bridge was new, it was built to buy time to redo the old bridge without causing hassle and delay to the travellers, it is under construction but I suppose it's not really visible on the frame.

And soon we arrived at the park, the training area is supposed to be inside the municipal gymnasium but due to some activities which requires some silence, the group took some adjustments and trained outside. It was very sunny at this time and I am happy to have my shades and hat on.

The local government errected this beautiful decor on the 100th year celebration of being a municipality, they call this the centennial tree, a colorful metal that resembles a tree and because of the strong brightness of the sun, it casted an amazing shadow on the colorful ground.

Soon I became my husband's photographer on their training and I enjoyed it so much. My son did everything he could to train as well despite his young age and I saw a potential in him.

I really enjoyed my quick escape from my boring routine, perhaps thsi is the reason why I take pictures even when I'm in a moving vehicle, I wanted to take as many memories as I can not only to share with you but also ta have an escape as I look back the the pictures whenever I feel pressured and stressed.

Being a mom of three is not easy, chaos is everywhere and added with the stress of financial needs and work is sometimes too much for me to bare and activities like this can rewire me back to my normal state and that way, I could function better and braver. Do you do this too? If you don't then start exploring places that are not part of your routine to keep healthy.

This will be all, thank you so much for your rime and support. Your upvote would mean so much to me.
