🐩🐩🐩🐕 4 dogs have worn me out, Way to much for me 🐕🐩🐩🐩 Time for sleep 💤💤💤

I am getting to old for all this hard work, 4 dogs has just about killed me and we have only had 1 night, 2 more to go. I am looking after my daughters Dachshund until Friday so her and her Boyfriend can empty Jessica's boxes as she is moving into her boyfriends place. Her pup is my grandpuppy as i don't have any grandchildren and it looks like i am not getting any.

She came to us last night, it was the 1st time we have met her since Jess bought her. We expected her to be restless and a little wary just wasn't expecting her to fit in straight away and be best friends with Luna, they played all the time chasing each other. We thought great they will wear each other out and sleep well, Not a chance. Luna slept with me and hubby whilst Pippy slept in Nichola's room, both of them cried and wouldn't settle because they wanted to be next to each other. Whilst them two play Mika is watching the like she is there mother growling at them when they are getting to rough with each other.

After a night of hardly no sleep and feeling like i have been dragged through a hedge, i thought they would definitely be tired today and sleep more so then i would get a little rest, NO they carried on where they left off chasing each other whilst Mika growled at them both. They have had a 20 minute sleep then wide awake again. I wanted to do a little training with them both but couldn't get them to settle down long enough to concentrate so hopefully tomorrow they are more used to each other and have a few more breaks.

I remember when i used to want a houseful of pups but now i am older and disabled 4 dogs are way to much especially when there not fully trained and used to commands.

I think my hubby and Nichola are conspiring against me, they both love little Pippy and think we should have her more often if not keep as Jessica's new boyfriend isn't quite sure of her, he isn't a dog lover and can't show any enthusiasm for her. I have had strong words with him, Who couldn't fall for her sweet little face. He said she can stay there but if she's not getting the love she needs she then needs to be with a family who will love her. Hopefully it won't come to that.

Its been a day feeling tired and down, i don't sleep well with the pain, a bad nights sleep always makes me feel ill and the brain fog is terrible, i can't think straight or get my head into gear. I managed a trip into the garden to water the plants, that was all i could manage. The rest of the day has been a blur, hopefully tomorrow i am a little more awake and alert.

Shhhhh they are all fast asleep so time for bed... Night Night...
