SIMPLE YET CREAMY TUNA CARBONARA
Good day steemians!
I am a girl who is not so particular with so many spices when I cook. I just make use of what is available on the kitchen, and will find ways if something is missing. I just do it like that because we were located too far from the market, there were sarisari store near us but they are not offering spoces because it will easily die.
So, right now I will be sharing to you how I made my tuna Carbonara with a little ingredient.
I am a pasta lover so even if the spices are lacking I always see to it that it still tastes good.
So, lets start.
✨INGREDIENTS:✨
- pasta
- onion
- garlic
- evap
- condense
- tuna
- salt
- pepper
- water
- cooking oil
- onion strings
✨HOW TO DO IT:✨
Step 1:
While preparing the other ingredients, boil a water with a pinch of salt and cooking oil in it. Then, put the pasta and wait until it will half cook. Half cook only since, you will again cook it with the sauce. Dont make it too soft because it is not good anymore.
Step 2:
Start sauteing now the spices. Wait for the garlic to turn into golden brown before adding the onion. Make sure to slice it into pieces so that you cant notice it when you are going to mix it with the pasta and its sauce.
Step 3:
After the step 2 process, you can now put the tuna. I put two tuna, one is spicy and the other is not. And its up to you what to put, if you love spicy or not. In my case, I just love a little spicy in it.
Step 4:
After mixing step 3, I now started to put the evap and condense milk. Actually, the proper ingredient is the cream yet it is not available, so I just made evap and condense milk so it will still taste creamy. And mix it well. It will also be tastier if you add some cheese, and since my daughter dont love cheese and we dont have cheese so I just dont add some.
Step 5:
Then, slowly mix your half cooked pasta in its white sauce then mix it properly.
And this is now my finished output. I put a sliced onion strings at the top for deco. And yes, no joke, it is so creamy even if I just use other ingredients.
Hope the tutorial helps in your future cooking serye. Have a great day!
Sincerely,
