Shadhinota Park, Barisal
ٱلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّٰهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ
Dear friends, I hope everyone is doing well. I am also doing well, Alhamdulillah, by the mercy of Allah. Today, I will discuss a park in front of you; please share this with others. Our dear brother @damithudaya has given us the opportunity to do this, so many thanks to him for providing us this opportunity.
Today I will discuss a place in front of you that resembles a park. It is an open park, a free park, a freedom park where anyone can come voluntarily and enjoy their time. One of the beauties of this park is this pond, and I have presented a picture of this pond below.
The main beauty of the Independence Park is the pond.
There is no separate gate to enter here since it is next to the road and it is a park of open freedom where you can enter freely and independently. There is no fee, and no ticket is required. The main road of the city of Barisal, which is next to this area, is called Amtala. There is a long pond beside the road, and around the pond is a beautiful area, and this is the park. The roads have been constructed in such a way all around; a picture is provided below.
On such a road around the pond.
This is a natural place with trees, ponds, fruit trees, flower plants, and seating areas. While I was walking along this beautiful path next to the pond, I felt the atmosphere of pure air. The weather was refreshing in a pleasant environment. After walking for a while, I felt good and when I entered the park, the trees and the path among them looked beautiful.
The day I went was a rainy day; it rained a lot throughout the day, especially in the morning. And at such a time, there are very few people, like when someone finishes performing the Jumu'ah prayer at noon. So maybe you couldn't see other people or a crowd inside the park. There are places to sit inside the park and an umbrella system is set up. Even during the rain, it won't get wet, and you can enjoy a beautiful time.

I walked around for a while. The place isn't very big, but it's a small area that looks very beautiful and has a natural environment. After walking for a while, I went a bit further and there I saw a large water tank. As far as I could understand, this is a water tank where the water is cleaned and supplied to the surrounding area. Naturally, almost every city has such a tank where water is provided. This park has such an arrangement and it's a very nice system.
The room in the park and the water tank beside it.
I walked here for a while and saw quite a few things, but there are a few aspects that I liked a lot. The reason is that there are several shops here and it has a coffee house inside the park where various types of food and drinks are also available. Additionally, another beauty that I liked the most is the pond shore. There is a ghat made at the pond shore where anyone can come and take a bath. I really liked this.
As far as I have been able to know and see, these waters are fairly clear in size. Although the city dogs are not really clean, a lot of filth is thrown here in the city's jungles. However, if care is taken not to leave dirt, then perhaps this dog will be very beautiful and suitable for bathing. Since many are giving baths, I saw that they might be local people and they know how clear the water of this pond is, take care everyone.
