Yesterday's CPS nightmare could be yours tomorrow. Here's yesterday's:
This type of thing would never have happened "back in the day." It used to be that "public servants" took their oath to "protect and serve" the people and to respect the Constitution seriously. Today, it's more like they all swore an oath to do the opposite a lot of the times. So-called "child protective" "services," and the SOCIALIST/COMMUNIST ideology behind it which makes the state supreme in all things (and families and parents the bottom of the power pyramid) has obviously had some very deleterious effects on the agencies that surround and uphold the CPS milieu.

Consider this case from the once great State of California:
Here is a key excerpt from that link:
"Five-year-old Madeleine Lother went on a play date to a trampoline park on a Friday afternoon in January. She climbed to the top of this rope, got scared and loosened her grip landing on a large knot at the bottom....
(Then...several days later.)
Danielle said the police would not say why they were there, that they took Madeleine outside, questioned each parent separately, and questioned their other daughter as well.
"Finally, I said, 'Oh! Is this about-' After much thinking, 'Is this about the bleeding vagina?' They were like, 'Yes, you got it.' Kind of like sarcastic and not very nice," said Danielle. Danielle tells us she explained to the officers what happened on that climbing rope, offered the name and number of a mother who was there at the time, described how the scrape had healed. But the police were not satisfied.

'They say, 'Okay, this is what's going to happen. We just called the paramedic. She's coming out here and we want to examine Madeleine's vagina,'' said Doug. Doug tells me he objected again and again, but the officers persisted. 'And I said to them, 'You know what? You guys are- there's three of you here and you all have firearms, and there's nothing I can do to stop you,'' said Doug.
There, on the living room sofa, Danielle and Doug Lother helped the paramedic hold down Madeleine and take off her leggings.
'Madeline didn't want her pants off. She was squeezing her legs together, screaming, 'No! Stop it!' Scratching, hitting, you know, self-defense really for her,' said Danielle.
The parents tell us the paramedic asked them to pull Madeleine's legs apart, asked Doug to shine a light- he used his cell phone- and examined the girl for several minutes. 'There wasn't even a mark on Madeleine. It had all healed. There was no blood. There was no cut. There was nothing,' said Danielle."
Trust me. NO ONE in 1950s or 1960s America would, first of all, ever believed this would be done with the aid of the police; but, more importantly, they NEVER WOULD HAVE STOOD FOR IT. There would have been protests in the streets and calls for resignations, indignant letters to the editors, actual firings, etc. Not in Amerika, c . 2019. This will pass with hardly a whimper, except maybe from the parents or from a couple of concerned parents groups.
Modern Amerikans have all been conditioned to love the STATE FIRST AND FOREMOST (and I don't mean one of the 50 political units that make up the USA, Inc., but the giant behemoth in D.C.) and fully accept that (since 911) the federal government has the power over everything, including parents, and that the fifty minor civil divisions have every right to act and presume the same ways.
While, in this particular case, some authorities are speaking up, and disciplinary actions are being considered. No one has been fired yet, and I can bet you this will end like all similar cases before it...with a mild slap on the wrist, or "re-training," or some other such meaningless action, without even a loss of a single day's pay.
Until these abuses and over-reaches by CPS staff (and their cohorts) result in long suspensions without pay, or firings, nothing is going to change. And, until the police academies once again teach their recruits that their job is indeed to protect and serve (not to "enforce laws" and bully people) and require extensive training in Constitutional rights and proper interactions with the public nothing will change on their end either.
I do hope these parents (like the Bright family of Texas) sue the PANTS OFF the local CPS office and the officers and paramedics involved. That's another way for these incidents to cease...getting the perps' agencies to fork over hundreds of thousands of dollars to the injured parties every time they screw up.
It is definitely time to flip the power pyramid back on its head where it belongs!
They need to disolve this agency! They do a lot more harm than good. For every child they help, they harm dozens; and they loose some, who are just Gone!
Today, they ARE the problem; Not the solution!
Contact your politicians, and Demand they fix this problem immediately!

Amen, brother!!!
Thanks for your post, you are spot on. ..again!

sir mepatriot. you're right, someone from just ten years ago would not believe that this kind of thing could be happening! Makes you wonder how the police are being trained.
It sure does.
It would seem they are being taught that they represent GOVERNMENT and do not work for the people.
