Hope everyone are well and healthy by the grace of Almighty Allah.I am also very well by the grace of the Almighty Allah,Alhamdulillah for that.I am a teacher by profession, a volunteer blood donor. I am a housewife, and alongside that, I am a student and a blogger.I am starting by wishing all my Steemit friends good health. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am very well. This week I have come to participate in the great fried appetizer recipe contest. Today I will make a fried appetizer recipe and share it with you. So let's get started.

Fried appetizers are small foods that are usually cooked by deep-frying, shallow-frying, or pan-frying until they are golden, crispy, and delicious. These types of foods are usually served before the main course. Although the foods are fried in oil, they are equally appreciated by everyone due to their delicious taste and beautiful texture.Fried appetizers are usually bite-sized or finger-sized. They are eaten in small bites. They can be enjoyed in small portions. As examples, I can say fried spring rolls, samosas, pakoras, chicken wings, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, shrimp tempura, French fries, and many more. Fried appetizers stimulate the taste buds, provide variety in texture and flavor, and whet the appetite for the rest of the meal. Fried appetizers are delicious, crunchy, and often enjoyed with dipping sauces like ketchup, chutney, mayonnaise, or chili sauce.

◼️First, I took a clean mixing bowl.I put two cups of flour inside it.Then I added one tablespoon of black cumin seeds and four tablespoons of soybean oil and half a tablespoon of salt.
◼️Then I mixed all the ingredients well by hand.Then I mixed it well with my hands and added a little water and then made a perfect flour dough.While watering, care should be taken to ensure that too much water does not fall and the dough does not become too thin.

◼️I took one cup of boiled potatoes.Then I mashed the potatoes well with my hands.Then, add , chopped coriander leaves, chaat masala, chili flakes, cumin powder and salt to the mashed potatoes and mix well.After mixing well, the perfect potato filling will be made.

◼️To make the perfect flour dough, I let it rest for 10 to 20 minutes and then formed small balls from it.Then I took a ball shape from there and rolled it out long.Because it will create the shape of the samosa.

◼️Then, using of sharp knife I cut it in half from the middle.Then I joined the edges by hand to create a pocket shape.Then I stuffed the potato fillings inside the pockets by pressing them well with my hands.I filled the inside of the pocket with the potato filling by pressing it well with my hands and then connected the other ends.Then finally my samosa for today is ready.I have made many samosas following the exact same method.

◼️To fry the samosas, first I put enough soybean oil in a pan.Then, when the oil was hot, I dropped the pre-made samosas into it one by one.Then I put the stove on medium heat and fried it well until it turned brown.
◼️Then I put the stove on medium heat and fried it well for 10 to 15 minutes.Then, when the samosa turned brown, I removed them from the oil using a strainer.Then I placed the samosa on a tissue paper to remove excess oil.

The process of making filling: |

◼️First i put some oil in a pan and fry mince until its colour change then add all spices in it and fry for few minutes. Cook it for 6-8 minutes on low flame. Then add chopped onion in it and cover the lid and cook it for 3-4 minutes more. Filling is ready.

◼️First I make equal size balls from dough. Roll it and place it on mold ,you can make it by hands too like empanadas shape or D shape or any shape you like.Today i make d shape and round shape samosa.

Fried appetizers are foods that are usually served before the main course to increase appetite.These foods are usually fried in more or less oil.These foods are made into small pieces that are very easy to eat.Generally, fried appetizers are prepared in various ways in our Bangladesh.We use this fried appetizer for tea parties, evening snacks, and even when entertaining guests.Below are some examples of fried appetizers:

I made this dish this in the evening . I made this recipe for my family members as well as for them. After making it, first I gave it to my son and then my family ate it. In our country, this dish is called Singara. Everyone praised me a lot after eating this food, and when I ate it, I liked it a lot too.
I want to share this food with my dear husband because he loves fried food very much. That's why whenever I make any fried food at home, he is the first person I think of. Although he is currently in Saudi Arabia, I can't share it with him, but God willing, when he comes back to the country, I will do everything for him.
