Friends, today I am back with a new post. I always try to share posts on new topics. Today I will share a lifestyle post. We all have to go through various events in life. We all love to spend good time with our family. Today I will share some moments of spending good time with our family. I hope everyone will like it.

Today I will share the feelings of eating local fruits with my family. I always try to eat local fruits. Because local fruits contain a lot of vitamins, which keep the body healthy and strong. We get all kinds of vitamins from local fruits. In our country of six seasons, we get different types of local fruits. Just as the taste and smell of each fruit are different, each fruit also has different vitamins. So I try to eat different fruits of each season with my family.

Guava is a monsoon fruit in our country. This fruit contains a lot of vitamins. It is also very delicious to eat. I cut the guava, mixed it with a little salt and pepper and ate it with my whole family. The guavas were very sweet.

One of the two grapefruits was red inside. The red grapefruit was juicy but slightly sour. The white grapefruit was dry but sweet. I mixed salt and chili powder and ate it in the afternoon sun that day. Everyone loves to eat anything together.

Then there is Amalaki. This Amalaki contains a lot of vitamins. Eating one Amalaki every day is very good for the body. Amalaki contains vitamin C. Every fruit contains a lot of vitamins. So we have to eat different fruits of each season. In this way, not only can we stay healthy, but everyone in the family can stay healthy as well.
