The Partnership Agreement

Please take the time to go through this as i do not plan to make any changes to this agreement for a few months so if you see something, please speak up now.
Please also be aware that the partnership agreement is for SteemPower Investments ICO stage. We will adhere to this partnership agreement until 1 million SPI tokens are issued. After this time, changes will be made to convert us from a partnership agreement to normal agreement. (Explained below).

Becoming an investment club

After an investor agree's with the partnership agreement they will become a member of the SteemPower investment club, they will share and have the same right's as every other member. This is when SPI will begin to build a community based around these members, introduce community roles and encourage members to post investment idea's, strategies, basically investment related content. Quarterly and annual investment club meeting's will take place on the SPI discord server and all investment and important SPI decision's will be decided by the members by way of vote. A monthly membership post will be released to include all investors that are confirmed members with voting rights.

Confirming you agree with the Partnership Agreement

I have thought of a few different ways to do this, the main to ways to confirm would be either comment are post. Comments are ok be i think a post would be better for a few reasons. First off, a post has a easy to get url address that includes the post title that can not be edited. Secondly, a post shows more commitment even it is mostly copy/pasting content and shows that you are willing to be active. Thirdy, free advertising!!!!
After the partnership post is released, another post titled something like "I @spinvest (your name) confirm to the terms of the SteemPower Investment club partnership agreement" will be uploaded. This post will contain all the details required to become a member. It will mostly be copy pasting a few things and adding your name, date ect.

Changes after 1 million SPI tokens are issued

I think that it will take 2-5 years to issue 1 million tokens, maybe the price of STEEM goes into single digits and it happens within a year, who knows? By this time, we should have a good network of members that are already actively working on SPI and able to bring us into the non ICO stage when the token price will be decided by the free market and only available to buy through the steem-engine exchange. Converting from a partnership agreement to a normal formal agreement is converting us from an investment club into an investment fund and will require alot of work and money. This will be when SPI goes fully decentralized and members take over key roles.

Key changes:

A partnership agree means members are liable to pay their own taxes and SPI can run legally unregulated as long as no member is paid for labour provided.
A normal agreement means SPI will be required to pay the taxes and be regulated but it will be able to pay members that play active roles.

• Requires SPI to get regulated
• SPI will be able to get listed on legit investment fund platforms
• SPI is liable to pay taxes on gains
• Members with active roles can get rewarded
• Members have the final say on everything are appoint others to decide for them

By this time, the @spinvest account will have a 1 million + SP balance and SPI should be earning at least 15,000 STEEM per month which is around $3000 per at today's prices. Getting regulated will cost a few thousand and require an accountant and solicitor. Getting regulated will be the final step and will put SPI to another level and open it up to off platform investors.

This will be a while off but it is the final step to the 3 step plan. 1/Launch, 2/ Convert to investment club and run semi decentralized and 3/Get regulated and go fully decentralized. The partnership agreement is set up to be semi decentralized giving me the final say if i choose to exercise the right during the ICO stage and when growth and leadership is required. We will always remain an investment club but regulation will give the SPI token a recognised reputation and let it complete with the big boys.
