Assalam o alikum friends welcome to all in new Steemit Engagement challenge season:27 .The herbal ketchup making course one of my favourite course ,our teacher @afzalqamar share with us in very interesting and informative manner,I can't stop my self to participate in educational herbal course .So guys with out ado let's move on the recipe...

Prepare Homemade Herbal Ketchup with Garlic. Share complete step by step process. At the end share the handwritten username and date with Ketchup.

Let's make homemade herbal tomato ketchup with garlic 😋 😋,it's my first experience regarding ketchup making usually I bought from market but I am sure I must be delicious 😋 🤤 and herbal benefits also another unique feature in homemade ketchup,if tomatoes rate will low it's pocket friendly substitute as well .

Did you face any difficulty in the preparation of the ketchup at home?

Ingredients list
1/2 kg tomatoes
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbs red chilli powder
Salt per taste
1/4 cup Grapes veniger
4 to 6 garlic pieces

Making/Procedure

  • Step :1

By first washed the tomatoes 🍅 from planty of water and cleaned up by hands .

  • Now chopped the tomatoes sliced by sharp knife .

  • Take a pan add chopped tomatoes in it and add 1/2 glass of water then falm must be low to medium,if flame were high tomatoes would never soft .

  • Add garlic cloves as well in it and covered it for 10 minutes.

When tomatoes were tender and soft then make a blender jar and grind the garlic tomato mixture.

  • Now strained out the fine transparent tomato juice had no lumps ,smooth texture.

  • Again put the tomato puree on flame and added red chilli powder ,salt and sugar in it for about 15 to 20 minutes.

  • Continue stirring with the help of spetulla ,now the star ingredient it's grapes veniger poured in the tomato ketchup 😋.

  • After 10 minutes off the flame and dish out it ,set a side let it cool .

Final presentation

It's looking thin when it was hot but after complete cooled it's become thicker and yummy as well .The home made keto is ready to eat...

You can stored it in air tight glass
Jar ,to enjoying it's freshness and delicious taste long time but must be kept in refrigerator infact there is not added colour or preservatives add in my tampting homemade ketchup,in the end I love to thanks our teacher the herbalist @afzalqamar for sharing this healthy tomato, garlic ketchup recipe.

Did you faced any kind of difficulty during preparing of tomatoes Garlic ketchup

Well all ingredients are easily available and I never faced any difficulty during making and finding ingredients infact I am enjoying the whole procedure and the results I got more then my expectations I love it and next time will make in large quantity.

What do you say about the taste and freshness of the homemade ketchup which you have prepared as compared to the market ketchup?

Usually herbal recipes are healthy but not good in taste but It's really good in taste and easy to make..... Due to no preservative or artificial cloud or sweetener added it's pure ,fresh and out standing in taste my family and off cause me rate 10/10 about the ketchup taste and colour as well .Now a days in Pakistan the tomatoes rates are higher about 300 rupees per kilo gram so I made only half kg ketchup for this participation 💗 , waiting for the rates down then I will make it in large quantity insha'Allah.I though the ketchup making would be complex or difficult task but I learn the herbal tomato garlic recipe from the teacher in lesson one really appreciated.

Tu salsa tomo un color muy llamativo y de seguro tiene un buen sabor.
Prepararlas en casa siempre es más saludable ya que se hace con las medidas de higiene adecuada .
