Welcome to my blog in last week of season:24 in steemit learning challenge with our lovely teacher @m-fdo ,I love baking infact I really passionated to baked like professional bakers ,for that I watching different videos regarding cakes ,cookies making and so on ,steemit learning challenge through I improving my skills by these course.Its one of my favourite cours among in season 24 courses and will try to participate in every new week and explore new tips and techniques regarding baking and really want to see in season 25.

The butter cake recipe one of my family favourite cake recipe I made butter cake many tims so this week specific recipe for making cake so I decide to bake one of my kids favourite butter cake learned in first week in this course by addition of my own style but basic ingredients were always same the rich butter flavor like a heart of this cake today I religiously followed the course recipe shared by the teacher and I like the simple and few ingredients cake having turned out rich and yummy taste.So guys without ado let's move on the butter cake recipe by first I share ingredients list with quantities then step by step procedure.

How I made step by step procedure
Step 1
By first I took a clean glass bowl added butter and powder sugar and mixed it well by hand beater till both ingredients were mixed well together like creamy form.

Step :2
Now I broke the eggs and added one by one in sugar butter mixture ,make sure beaten the mixture very well.

Now it's time to add dry ingredients in which sift all purpose flour, baking powder and pinch of salt .

Gradually added flour and mixed the septulla with light hands by cut and fold method.
Step :4
Now pre heated the over at 170 degrees for 45 minutes.shifted the cake mixture in mould ,I used heart shaped mold .

After inverted the better cake tap the cake tin to removed air bubbles then put the tin in over for baking at 150 degrees for 25 minutes.

After 20 minutes I checked the cake how done for that I used tooth pick that inserted in sponge if the stick came out dry it's indicate that cake is done .So I off the oven and let it cool on wire rack for few minutes ,the hot cake were soft and might broken or cracked so let it cool .
Step :6
In last step Its time to decorate the cake , usually I never did any kind of difficult topping on my cake ,today I whipped the cream add sugar also and beaten till I would become fluffy.

Cut the cake in the middle in qual thick two piece then applied cream all over the cake first on lays and after that covered from outer sides .

I separated few amount of cream and added pink 🩷 colour ,I love to make combination of pink and white in heart shaped cake.First filled pipe bag with pink cream and simply small three hearts and flowers I draw on cake at last the chocolate chunks sprinkled.
Final presentation
Well guys my cake is done ,I served and captured the final look of my shine , vibrant and extremely rich cake Infront of my family and guests.

What flavor of cake did you choose? Is there a special reason for choosing that cake?
I chosen butter cake for this task infact it's made perfect by me and my daughter liked more then other flavours and second reason is that the sponge of the cake baked in light colour so any colour of cream definitely looking beautiful and Vibrant.

Well yes it's great opportunity for all baking lovers who practice and explored new innovation and recipes throughout the cake challenge in all six weeks ,the teaching style of our lovely teacher is very good and at point .

I love see in next season because it's free course increased my knowledge about baking cakes and tips and techniques that shines my work .This cake challenge course built my Baking confidence and new ideas visibly seen in my work .I learn Ribbon cake,Date cake and coffee cake all these recipes of cake new for me my kids enjoyed the whole season and will like to see in new season.
