I went to Chuadanga Fish Market to sell pangasius fish. After buying and selling fish, I rode my car back home. Many of you may know that fish is bought and sold in our area by car. After a long journey, I stopped at a beautiful hotel in a place called Bhalaipur to eat. At the end of a tired morning, the hot afternoon sun seemed to be sucking all the energy from my body. My legs, tired from the hustle and bustle of the whole day and walking, did not want to walk anymore. Just then, I saw a small hotel on the side of the market road. Through the front glass, I could see steaming hot rice and the smell of fragrant meat coming from the kitchen. That smell instantly ignited my hunger. I kept taking photos inside the hotel and along the road and kept moving forward.

As soon as I entered the hotel, I felt a kind of comfort, a quiet environment different from the noise outside. Sitting at a corner table, I said to the waiter, “Give me a plate of meat and rice.” I also asked my waiter, who was with me, to give me a plate. In a while, next to the mountain of steaming white rice, chicken meat in a reddish broth appeared. The sweets next to it seemed to repeatedly attract my attention. Starting from jilapi, the various types of sweets kept in the fridge caught my eye. Meanwhile, the aroma of fresh coriander and green chilies floated on top of the meat cooking broth, as if doubling the taste.

As soon as I mixed the soft meat with rice with a spoon and put the first morsel in my mouth, all my fatigue slowly melted away. I kept remembering those tired moments from the morning. I woke up at dawn and came to the pond to fish with the fishermen. Then, after fishing, I brought the fish by car to Chuadanga city. After selling the fish in the fish light of Chuadanga city, I sat down for a while at this hotel or restaurant. Still, it was for eating. So, all my fatigue slowly disappeared when I saw the food in front of me. The light tang of the broth spices, the tenderness of the meat, and the warmth of the rice combined to create a unique taste. Forgetting the sun and heat outside, my mind seemed to be immersed in the joy of eating. Every bite seemed to be restoring new energy to my body, and my mind was telling me that this was perhaps the greatest satisfaction on a tired afternoon. Anyway, I ate and drank peacefully for some time and continued to discuss the matter of aarti with the driver. And after finishing eating and drinking for some time, I and my driver paid the money myself. Then, after cleaning my teeth, I went out on the road again to travel home. And thus, the beautiful moment of going to Chuadanga town to sell fish was my great experience of that day. Although I had been there many times before, the food and drink was done elsewhere, and this day we all finished eating and drinking here together.

Many many thanks

An interesting post. I related to your experience of working very early and then going somewhere to satisfy my hunger.

Did you take any photos of the fishing and when you sold them from your car?
