Friends, admins and all moderators of the beloved community. In the world of education, of course, there must be two main elements, namely teachers and students. However, over time and significant technological developments, students and teachers also have various needs in schools, in order to realize brilliant education.

Every educational institution is certainly required to meet the various needs of students and teachers. Because meeting the needs of students and teachers is the key to creating a positive, inclusive, and effective learning environment. By understanding and meeting these needs, schools can empower students to reach their full potential and teachers to carry out their roles optimally.

Here I try to describe several types of student and teacher needs, to realize brilliant education.

A. Student Needs

1. A comfortable place to study, nutritious food, access to good sanitation, and adequate sports facilities are some of the physical needs of students.

2. In terms of academics, students need learning materials that are appropriate to their ability level, various learning methods, and individual support if needed.

3. In terms of emotion, of course, students really need a safe and supportive learning environment, positive relationships with teachers and peers, and support to overcome emotional challenges.

4. Opportunities to interact and collaborate with peers, as well as support to develop social skills, are students' social needs.

B. Teacher Needs

1. Comfortable teacher's room facilities, access to adequate learning resources, and supporting technology are the main needs that teachers must have.

2. Teachers need ongoing training in various aspects of learning, such as teaching methods, use of technology, and classroom management.

3. Furthermore, the need for support from the principal, school staff, and parents of students, as well as a community that supports teacher professional development.

4. Well...! In addition to the three points above, of course teachers also really need Welfare, which means income for their hard work and sacrifice.

In addition to the points above, of course there are still many more needs that students and teachers actually have to have, but at another time and opportunity we will discuss it further.
