INTRODUCTION
Gone are those days where by people have to stay in an office or a particular location to get jobs done. The world is advancing very rapidly in this present times and now there is possibility of not even seeing the boss you work with and yet still have business or operations going so well as though there is a physical contact. This type of work is called freelancing. Freelancers are usually those who work at the comfort of their bedrooms to earn a living on the internet. This type of work is about to be improved on with the existence of this platform called Mycro. Although some problems are associated with it, but not to worry because this platform has the solutions to them.

This is a new concept of work on the legder chain. It revamp the freelance activities and solve the problems like the lack of control and how centralised freelance platform have taken over. It will eliminate the insufficiency in earning by the freelancers. This new app doesn't work like them, this one is only capable of working on mobiles alone. This is due to the high number of population of users of mobile phones and the fact that the younger generation are targeted more.
This project focuses on two categories of people that are involved in freelance activities. They are the employees and the employers. They form the solid network of business and work is done between them without them meeting with one another. This connection makes them well devoted to their works and able to avoid unnecessary familiarity that can lead to a declination in the services the employers render. In this platform, they will have a p2p type of operation and services will be provided faster.
THE ADVANTAGES OF MYCRO
There is full decentralisation of the activities in the ecosystem and their is an open network for new freelancers to search for employers and start working at once. There is never going to be competitive between workers in mycro unlike in the existing freelance network where it occurs. Applying for jobs Mycro is very easy and demands nothing from people except their skills and how fast and consistently they can provide the jobs.
Smartcontracts are employed for this purpose. They will assist in making the work easier for the freelancers and will promote easy connection. This project has the algorithm responsible for bidding for jobs on behalf of the freelancers, saving them the stress of doing that themselves. The smartcontracts only aid this process after the skills and potentials of the users have been discovered. This is how easy connection is facilitated. The technology used in mycro is in sync with the vast DLT and is capable of handling the entire operations in the system. This makes the stakeholders come to agreement real quick so that jobs that can be done are brought to each users based on their capacities.
Before payments will be made to the employees, a level of agreement must have been achieved and job completed before that. This is to prevent scam and lack of trust in the system. Mycro helps to instill trust in the system so that non of employers face such problems.
