Men, or should I say, gentlemen?
Burnsteem25 didn’t work out. We all knew it wouldn’t. Only the small players were willing to burn 25% of their rewards (hoping, of course, for an upvote from an SC team in return). The numbers don’t lie, and while a few still stubbornly burn Steem, no major accounts are among them.
Let’s face it: Steemit’s power users are mainly male. If that’s not the case in sheer numbers, then you gentlemen certainly hold more Steem, thanks to bid bots, SC team upvotes, and the privileges of being employees of "Steemit Inc.", and, and, and... Bigger Fish: It’s time to burn. Why? Because when something exists in excess, in this case, Steem, its value plummets. And that’s exactly what’s happening. You know how this works, lads. Too much of the same thing kills the appetite @jswit came up with a plan (no, what is upvoted will not be burned, read what is asked/should be done).

The witnesses are trying to prep Steem, but it won’t work if you all sit on your stacks like they’re golden eggs. The irony? They’re not. If this continues, your paper fortune will vanish.... poof. Let’s be honest: most of you never bought Steem to begin with. It was all extra. Did you buy early? Even more reason to act now—before Steem hits 0.08 or 0.02.
Imagine: No value, zero, nothing. Will you survive? For sure, since you've done so far and you know what to do to generate a fortune after you burn it in a short time, unlike the plebs.
Gambling
Giving away your golden eggs is a bit like buying the ugly NFT generated by AI and sold for a lot, but hey, too many monkeys and lions (with the same interface) no longer make it special and with a huge inflation, there won't be money left to buy anything.
Gentlemen, you know what they say (most likely not): Wie niet waagt, wie niet wint, you cannot win if you are not willing to take a risk. Since fun, gaming/gambling increases on Steemit, why not join the VIP GEntBG (sounds good, doesn't it).

Me encantaría escuchar argumentos sólidos sobre estartegias para fortalecer el steem en el mercado. Comparto contigo que lo de quemar steem, quizás benefició a alguien, pero no a la mayoría de los usuarios, y mucho menos a la criptomoneda.
If there is fewer Steem the value goes up. Does tgis mean that you lost your fortune if you burn 50% of it? The answer is no since what is worth 0.13 cents now can be 1$ meaning you still have a big win.
Are there people wjo could make a difference willing to burn? Only if the big group does. Who knows the SC teams are the first who should since they are the company and companies should set the strategy.
All SC teams can burn 50% to start with. They earn anyway if they upvote posts and always upvote.
I also believe that Steemit should be more visible since the exchanges forget about Steem. Those I spoke state there is no development which makes Steem/SBD not interesting.

Sí, hace falta más difusión. Particularmente, apoyo los meet-up. Pero con otro enfoque. Por ejemplo, casda asistente al Meet-up debería llevar a cinco personas para unirse a la plataforma como campaña de promoción. En verdad, no le veo el sentido a gastar tanto dinero para reunirse medio día sin que eso no repercuta en un crecimiento para Steemit.
And where exactly should the money come from to give rewards? Will all those new Steemians buy Steem and start upvoting?
We already face the fact that most rewards go to a select group and there are many who feel very disappointed because it's hard for them to grow.
Out of those who do upvote most will go for the ones they know will receive high upvotes because they can earn by voting for them and not a newcomer.
You know just like me that no one likes to share. More Steemians will not pump the value of Steem and that's what is needed.
Yes you are right majority of Steemians are men. Some people deserve to be rewarded but are Ignored and they felt disheart when they couldn't get upvote. As I don't know much about but your ideas and struggle is always appreciated. If I don't understand the things one can trust your kindness blindly.

Hi dear,
this is not my idea but from another witness jswit. Everything is worth the try to pump Steem, although it will be very hard to give away a part of the richdom.
Steemit feels like a game to me. Everyone goes for a higher Rep, more Steem even if it is only to be noticed, savings for the future or to generate an income. Who knows that is the biggest game of all?
