Home Cooked food or Takeout? Which do you prefer?

What we understand under Sport? For me, sport can be different, it does not mean to be in a professional art of sport and also not very crazy daily hours of some power sports. No, absolutely, not. Everything that requires the movement in our joints and involvement of our muscles in different type of movement is sport.

That means when we wake up and after breakfast we for example walk to our study place or work, that is already doing exercise, because we use our legs in all their joints and muscles, we use our torso muscles to hold our body upright. We use our balance to keep our body stable and to move from one point to another. Do not forget about your lungs because while we walk the circulation spread of our blood throughout our body and through our lungs are much higher, that means we train our heart muscles and lung capacity even simply walking.

Climbing the stairs is already slightly powerful exercise that require different type of muscles but also requires better and stronger heart and lung. You might remember, our grannies and grandpas are not able to climb too many stairs due to becoming breathless.

Of course, nowadays, during our study and work and time to time when we use buses, underground or car, we sit and then we do sit again at the place of our destination. In such situation our body did not have much exercises.

Like many of you it is the same for me and those days I just try to do some exercises at home, luckily I have this rowing machine and that is a great work out for all the muscles of body, arms and legs and of course our lungs and heart. I prefer to train for 30 minutes with a good speed and that is often can be exhausting but very satisfying. The sign of a good work out is that on following day you feel ache all over of your body in all the muscles that were involved. Only after good work out you will know what muscles were taken part in those exercises.

I am trying to be good and not forget about exercises just to make sure that we not only need good food and nice movie but our body also need a training to be in a good form.

That's great, having your own exercise equipment at home.
You are very right in saying that we not only need movies, we also need to exercise.

Yes, I am also glad to have my own gym at home because I am then flexible with time when I do my exercises, hopefully will by a treadmill in the future too :)

I wish you luck for your new acquisition.
I like that you are a person who thinks about his health through exercise.
How I would like to go out for a walk again, like I did before! Now, if one side doesn't hurt, the other hurts. hehe.

When we exercise, our body appreciates it and sends us signals of satisfaction, because we get sick less often, and we always show a good attitude when tackling household and extra-household chores. That rowing machine looks powerful. I loved reading your post.

Yes, it is indeed satisfying to feel the ache in the muscles after the exercise. I often think that it is funny when we were children or younger then no matter how much we did run, played or played any sports we did not have any problem with muscle aches and I remember I was not able to understand my grandma when she was complaining about her muscles. But slowly I do understand that without regular exercises even in healty persons muscles and joint become weak and stiff. The rowing machine is great, whenever I have time I try to use it :)

I wonder if you can row a canoe or so. If not why did you choose this one.
🍀♥️

No, I do not, but when I was looking for an equipment that will help me to work out as many muscles of my body equally that was one of it, because it involves major muscle groups in your legs, core, and upper back and arms and after even 30 minute of intense rowing you get really exhausted but satisfied :)
