Monday Diary and Last Week's Health Activities Stats!

Hello, again. How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. Here, I am going to share my daily Actifit report for Monday and my weekly Fitbit progress report from last Monday to Sunday.

Alive and Thriving on Monday

Monday morning started with performing the Fajr prayer in the mosque, Alhamdulillah. On a school day, there isn't much time for a second round of sleep. But, to keep the little one asleep, either my wife or I needs to lie beside him. While my wife was preparing our elder kid for school, I laid down beside the little one. I slept for around 10-15 minutes I guess :D

At around 6:50 am, my elder son and I left our home and headed toward the school. I dropped him there a little after 7 am. On returning home, I had my breakfast and coffee. Unlike other mornings, the little one woke up already. So, before joining the morning shift of duty, I spent time with him.

At work, in both shifts, I consulted a total of 18 patients in my chamber. There was no emergency case. Some children came with seasonal cold, cough, and fever. In the visa medical section, I examined some people who came for a fitness test.

After lunch, I was able to walk on the treadmill for 10 minutes. After the evening shift of duty, I went to a nearby pharmacy to buy baby milk. I went on foot. It took me around 10-15 minutes to go and come back. These two walks helped me reach over 11k steps on Monday!

Fitbit Weekly Activities Report

On Tuesday, we get the weekly progress report from the Fitbit app. It gives us the report from the previous Monday to Sunday.

Fitbit is a good app to track steps. It works in the background. Hence, no need to keep the app open. I can sync the app with the actifit app and during publishing the actifit report, I can get the steps from the Fitbit to the actifit app easily!

From the screenshot above, we can see that I made 10k plus steps in 5 out of 7 days. My best day was last Sunday when I made 12,786 steps! From September 15 to September 21, I made a total of 75,958 steps with an average of 10,851 steps per day!

On average, I burned 2,456 calories per day. I was active for 149 minutes in total. From this report, I don't understand the total km data. I definitely covered more than 12.76 km in the last 7 days. The number is also not the average!
