My workout stats from September 01 to September 07!

Hi, There! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post! Here I shared my last week's (Mon to Sun) health activities according to the Fitbit app.

I set 10,000 steps as the daily steps goal. I try to walk on the treadmill daily, but fail most days. Last week, I could hit the goals on only 2 out of 7 days! My best day was Saturday when I managed to make 11,957 steps!

I made a total of 62,733 steps with an average of 8,962 per day. I took 2,893 more steps than I did the previous week!

On average, I burned 2,303 calories per day. My total movement time was 152 minutes. During that time, I covered a distance of 7.96 km!
