All the natives of Germany, Austria and Italy, resident in the country, who currently lack sufficient financial means to pay for the transfer of their family members to Venezuela, that the Institute is able to manage before the Intergovernmental Committee for European Migrations, the free travel of them, as long as they enter with an Immigrant Visa. Consequently, those interested in availing themselves of this benefit should express it as soon as possible to the Institute, making known the information that appears on the form prepared for this purpose, which will be provided at no cost to those who personally or in writing request it.

Applicants are also notified that the National Agrarian Institute has established an Office in their Immigration Department where the respective application forms will be filled out for free.
