Love the look of the first one, I wonder if I would love it as much after tasting it taking your comments on board. The second dish is my cup of tea! 👍
I see there are many vegetarian dishes and fish, is Ghana's cuisine not heavy on the meat?

There is mostly always some kind of meat to make the broth or the base of the dish but in general they serve very low amounts of meat. And yes, Red Red is my favorite too! I already looked up a recipe but you would need red palm oil which is banned in Europe though, as far as I know.
