I think you're thinking too short term. I believe this is something which has been playing out over generations.
There are a lot of factors I see contributing to depopulation. Ever more mandatory vaccinations in both first and third worlds, decline in testosterone levels worldwide, huge rises in rates of cancer, diabetes and many other illnesses. Then, if you grab your tin foil hat for a second, you have programmable nonotech and the 5G grid which is being rolled out without any research into the possible effects.
Also remember that this is the first generation who have been subjected their entire lives to constant radiation from wireless technology. Who knows what that's doing to us. Maybe it's responsible for our no longer knowing if we're male or female;)
We're also heading into a period of extreme global cooling which may do for a lot of us, especially considering we're being led to believe the danger is warming.

But the world population is growing. Today the liberal alliance are planning to go into Syria. The main players are moving their forces. There has been a world wide announcement to air carriers about missile strikes...
I think you are right on your comment about gender. however most of that is through indoctrination in so called education establishments..

I think you should be aware that Syria is going to be attacked shortly. It may even be happening now. This will end up confrontation between nuclear armies. it's no accident that the US, France and the UK are teaming up for this along with Israel. they are all nuclear powers. Russia is the target.

For the things you mention to continue they need to get rid of the people who are highlighting the things you mention...Like Russia..
Yes the world population is still growing, but there is a continuing slowdown in the rate of growth over the last 40 years and we've barely begun with the destruction of the environment we rely on for our existence. We're only a generation into toxic food, air and water, GMO, radiation, so we really don't know yet what the longterm effects of such things will be.
As for war, it seems that's where we're headed. The west needs a war to distract the people from the looming pension crises and economic collapse, so confrontation with Russia, the arch enemy, is being orchestrated. I still don't think it'll be nuclear though. There's nothing to be gained from that.
