I find a nice long walk is a good way to alleviate anxiety and "stress". When I used to work in audio post-production, I found that I got mentally tired fast enough because I was always concentrating and paying attention to details and using my mind to work. I would go for long walk when I got too mentally exhausted, and when I came back, I could work again with a fresh mind and mental state.
