Eto ang aking actifit card ngayong araw...

Gumising ako ng maaga at ini-on ko ang actifit apps ko sa aking cellphone para bawat move ko ay may count. Nagpakain ako sa aming mga manok at naglakad ako papunta sa motorsiklo ko kung saan naka parada. Minaniho ko papunta sa station kung diin ako nag trabaho. Nag entertain ako sa mga customer namin sa petron station guihulngan.

Marami akong lakad nagawa at masaya ako dahil umabot ng 7k.

Maraming salamat sa pagbabasa.
