My Actifit Report Card: December 27 2018
Today started much more like a normal day, though I found it easy to drop a post in the morning the remaining part of my day was crazy, so to say.
I went to the market to get a Fluited pumpkins pod to plant and it took me hours to get the right one. We counted the seeds inside the pod and it was ninety-eight.
I gathered a good portion of this point in the morning when washing the car, followed by my walk to and fro from work. But the good increase came during my walk in the market. In the hot sun.
After that, i don't think I did something much again.
