2nd Honestly I think you should walk a lot during the days! I have been using the app from a few days and I still can't go over 7000 points.
When you keep in mind I spend at least 3-4 hours a day at the gym and I have my phone in my pocket all the time!
I do Yoga+ calisthenics every single day for hours!

I believe you. It's not easy to get points even with just waking. I noticed it doesn't count every steps. It takes like two or three of your steps

Actually, I`m gonna stop keeping it at me when I do Yoga Because then is counting not more than 100 points.
Yeah, depends on the movement. I only put the sports arm band if I have to do all standing positions, sometimes it's a hassle coz you have to remove it if it gets uncomfortable

My head still spinning this morning when I woke up.
My trick to getting the highest point is waking early. I woke around 3am and right then I start my actifit, ended it at around 7pm lol
