Hello, I saw your article. It is even very interesting. The objective of cleanplanet is to reward good collection actions in nature or in the city for waste left vacant. I don't know if the bags left in front of your house are an act of kindness to send it to the dump or an act of malice by someone who didn't want to go there himself... So it shows that we don't see the collection actions in the bags... we don't see what's inside the bags.
