My Actifit Report Card: April 20 2019

in #actifit6 years ago (edited)

Good evening dear Steemians, Actifitters and participants in the contest «Catch me if you can!»

First of all Big Thank you! to all participants!

Now about the contest! I am very curious to see who will be in the Top-3 ranking and win the prizes. But, if you are not in Top-3 don't get discouraged!

Firstly, keep in mind, that you had fun participating in the contest and it motivated you to be more active today.
Secondly, I will continue to organize that contest 2-3 times a month. I have some very interesting ideas. So let's see if I will be able to implement them. Will try to make the contest more interesting and motivating for all the participants.

So, stay tuned!

Now, let me tell you how I spent the day ... So, I woke up early in the morning. Then I had breakfast. After breakfast I checked the news about the cryptocurrency market and then ... I went to the park for a jog. So, at the beginning I was jogging for 1 hour around the small lakes:

That's another lake:

One more lake:

I did a small break and did some stretching on that kind of a bridge:

Then I did some exercises using this sport equipment that is near the lakes:

After that I continued my morning jog in the forest next to the lakes. I did a short break at the stable:

And I enjoyed watching the people horse riding:

That black horse was very massive and tall:

After having a short break at the stable, I continued jogging in the forest and I ended up at the stadium:

My jog at the stadium lasted for almost 30-40 minutes. Then I went back home.

At home I had a short rest. Then I had lunch and a bit later I did my Cryptocurrency Market Overview for my DTube channel. Just to let you know, as I mentioned in my video, I bought some HUNT tokens today at price close to 0,02 USD.

In the early afternoon I went to Ostankino park. So, I took this picture in which you can see a lot of ruddy Shelducks resting on the grass:
IMG_20190420_143522.jpg
So I had a stroll in this area for almost 30 minutes.

Then, I went to the metro stop and traveled to the city center. Actually I traveled by metro to Turgenevskya stop, that is located under that building:
IMG_20190420_151703.jpg

So, this was actually from where my all-day-long walk started:
IMG_20190420_151905.jpg

I continued walking and went to Trubnaya area:
IMG_20190420_153002.jpg

Somehow I decided to have additional lunch. So, I visited my favorite self-service restaurant Grabli that is located in Trubnaya area. So. this is what I ordered in the restaurant:
IMG_20190420_154704.jpg

Then I continued my walk just walking on the streets in Trubnaya area. And, of course, I took a few pictures. That's a funny one of a giant "Blue Bear trying to get in that building (restaurant)":
IMG_20190420_162439.jpg

I also took a picture of that Roman style building on Neglinnaya street (because I like it!):
IMG_20190420_163157.jpg

Just walking and walking on the streets I reached the area of Kuznetsky Most:
IMG_20190420_163626.jpg

I like this area!
IMG_20190420_164340.jpg

Because there are a lot of street musicians there:
IMG_20190420_164603.jpg
Sometimes I spend there 1-2 hours just listing to the music of the different street musicians.

Ok, let me continue my story ... From the area of Kuznetsky most I went to the area of Kitay-gorod or (China town):
IMG_20190420_170407.jpg
Just to let you know, that in Kitay-gorod or (China town) there is almost nothing Chinese! But, in the 16th–17th centuries in this area there were a lot of merchants selling products from China. So, keep in mind, that this place was on one of the Silk Roads from China to Europe.

So, from Kitay-gorod I went to the Moscow River embankment:
IMG_20190420_171541.jpg

and took a few pictures of the boats:
IMG_20190420_172157.jpg
I walked on the embankment for almost 2 hours.

Then I went to the metro stop in Frunzenskaya area:
IMG_20190420_175119.jpg

and traveled by metro to the area of Moscow State University (it is just 3 stops away from Frunzenskaya metro stop).

So, I walked for almost 1 hour in the area around the Moscow State University:
IMG_20190420_190153.jpg

Later I got in the metro again and traveled to the city center. Actually to Alexandrovsky park:
IMG_20190420_195045.jpg

because I had to meet another Steemian @travoved in the area of Kuznetsky Most:
IMG_20190420_195637.jpg

So, I was in that area at 8:10 p.m. and we had to meet at 8:30 p.m. So I came a bit earlier. That's why I just walked almost chaotically on the streets near the place where we had to meet at 8:30 p.m. And, of course, I took a few pictures. For example of this church:
IMG_20190420_201051.jpg

At 8:30 p.m. I met @travoved and we went to a small self-service restaurant (or cafeteria) called Mandarinovy Gus':
IMG_20190420_205152.jpg

It turned out that after 9:00 p.m. there is a 50% discount. And we were there at let's say 8:45 p.m. That's why most of the people just waited at the cashiers' to become 9:00 p.m.
IMG_20190420_205138.jpg
We also decided to wait for 10 more minutes in order to get the discount and to pay half price.

At 9:00 p.m. we paid for our stuff! That's what I ordered:
IMG_20190420_210738.jpg
A cup of coffee with milk, sweet fizzy drink Du'shes and some kind of baking.

And that's me and @travoved:
IMG_20190420_214443.jpg

We talked about STEEM blockchain and the different dApps for almost 1 hour. It was really fun! I met him for first time. So, probably we will organize once a month some kind of Moscow STEEM meetup.

Later, @travoved went to the metro stop and I continued my walk on the streets, in order to make some additional steps since I was participating in the contest:
IMG_20190420_220447.jpg

So, I walked for almost 1 and a half more hours on the streets:
IMG_20190420_221113.jpg
Btw, this is the main building of the biggest bank in Russia.

Then I went to the metro stop and traveled back home, because my phone was running out of battery.

I even run on the escalator in the metro stop in order to make more steps :):
IMG_20190420_223546.jpg

At about 11:30 p.m. I was already at home. Of course, I did some rounds in the kitchen in order to make more steps prior to posting my Actifit Report!

That's it for today! Thank you for stopping by and reading!

Fellow Steemians and Actifitters, I hope you had fun today while participating in the contest! Hope to see you in the next one, as well!

@flaxz, thank you! Glad you participated in the contest, as well.

Wow man you did a great job today (: I love seeing the buildings in your city, the architecture is incredible! And you have great city parks too!

@alexvanaken, thank you! Yeah, the city is very beautiful in spring time.

Hope to see you in my next contest. The rules will be more user-friendly :).

Forty Eight thousand steps is outstandingly impressive- and what an epic day. We literally followed every step with you, and some beautiful scenery and architecture to go with it.

It’s also really good you got to meet up with another Steemian, hopefully you can get a bunch of you together for a meet up.

Excellent post, full pictures and story as well - thoroughly enjoyed this and good luck with the competition.

Valiant effort on your contest, but I just came from @practicaleric's post and he "caught you" and passed you. Too bad @crypt-skip and I didn't get to compete in this one, but you said there will be more. It's a tough field of competition though, you rock!

@blueeyes8960, thank you for stopping by! Next contest will be held on Saturday, April 27. It will be very nice if you join it.
