Still summer here, like for the past 40 years of my life 😂😂😂 last year I had fun running in Korea Busan during their fall though. It's like never get tired!

Running close to sea level gives me a super charge especially because where I live (Alberta Canada) we are so far above sea level!
It’s one of my favourite things actually! Going for a run on the beach! Korea Busan must be low altitude hey?!
