My Actifit Report Card: June 12 2019

Hey Actifitters and Steemians,

HAPPY DEMOCRACY DAY!!!

That is for us here in Nigeria and it was another work free day. Within 2 weeks we’ve had 4 public holidays and school kids have had 7 i.e. Children’s Day and Mid-Team breaks. I wish I had all this holidays as a kid. Lol. Anyways, I went for my early morning walk and little jogging this time because the rain threatened to fall. I was able to get a good count in the morning before jogging back home, the rain did not spare me though, it hit me hard until I rushed into the house. Could you believe that after like 5 minutes then rain stopped and the weather outside was looking like it never rained.

I wrote about my African Apple as I promised yesterday night, if you know the real name of this fruit please tell me because I for one does not know. Lol. I placed a 2 Steem bounty on it so your comments and upvote of course is going to be rewarded.

Palcoin Price at the time of posting

I spent the early part of the afternoon doing research on Steem stuff. I was really not happy buying more Palcoin at 0.13888 but when I check the price in the afternoon I felt really good with myself. As I post this it is now selling at 0.2. Lol. I’ve got over 2000 now but don’t think I’ll be buying at this price because I want to see how the first set of payouts tomorrow affects the market.

My wife assembled the male in the house, our son and I and we started preparing the vegetables and other stuff needed for us to start cooking the vegetable soup. Cooking was a complete family affair because we all had more than enough task assigned to us by the Mrs. of the house. Lol. It was really fun. I happy the kid is feeling free in the kitchen and helping out as much as he can.

By the time it was finally ready it was already 5:30pm so we had an early dinner which you can see below.

My Dinner – Vegetable soup + Rabbit meat + Stock fish + Swallow

I took loads of pictures and “may” do a post about the soup tomorrow if chanced.

After resting from the cooking and then eating I went for an evening walk to help the food digest so that I fell lighter before going to bed and also get me some more step counts so that I meet my daily target score count of 10k. That is it my people, have a lovely night rest and sweet dreams.
