    Quite simply you have a very powerful magnet - I got one with a 130kg break point, but have now ordered a bigger 300kg one. You tie a long rope to it and throw it into a lake, river or canal - and see what metal treasures you catch as you pull it back in. Mostly junk for us, but if you find busy spots like Bridges over rivers in towns you can get rings, coins, phones - all sorts. !COFFEEA
