My Actifit Report Card: July 17 2025.....Throwback Thursday 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone 😻,

Happy Thursday 🎊 and a very warm welcome to my report. It's been another ordinary day stepping it out and getting on with life.
As always thank you for reading, and without further ado let's get into how my day went including the trending stories.
So I woke up to a sunny 🌞 morning then I did manage to walk around the neighbourhood and park for about 30 minutes.
Next I was indoors doing some of the usual daily chores. Then following up with some news and trending stories.
The afternoon saw me out again at the bus station heading to check on some documents. It was windy and a little bit of drizzling 🌧️.
I was back indoors much later, rested for a while. Then as the evening set in, I decided to get out in the neighborhood for the sunset 🌄 walk.
So that has been my day and now lets turn our attention to the trending stories of the day.
Starting of in Gaza, the mass murder kept going with the deaths of 60 Palestinians killed in Israeli attacks targeting Hamas😿.
A shocking attack as the Holy Family catholic church in Gaza city was hit, there 3 were killed and dozens injured including the priest🙀.
The Pope in Rome has condemned that attack on the church housing about 500 displaced Palestinians.
Israel saying it was a mistake as the church was wrongly targeted🙀.
Not far off, Syria still trending as new attacks between Syrian bedouins and Druze fighters even after ceasefire announce with the Syrian army🙀.
Then South Africa trending as finance ministers of G20 countries met there, the absence of Scot Bessent brushed off😹. The theme is solidarity, equality and sustainabilty.
In the UK, the voting age has been dropped to 16 years in a major electoral reform, this means 16 and 17 year olds will be allowed to vote in the next general election.
Across the pond. Argentina trending as health workers across the country protested on the streets demanding better pay and better working conditions.
Finally, Brazil's president, Lula has slammed Trump, saying there's no logic to US tariff threats as Trump had said he would put a 50% tariff on Brazil.
