Happy fiery 🔥 Tuesday and a very warm welcome to my world of trees 🌲🌳. They are all now greening up as summer approaches😹.
As always thank you so much for stopping by yet again. It's been another ordinary day stepping it out and as it comes to an end am raring to go with my stepping and the trending stories of the day.
Let's get into all that and more, here we go again 💨.
So I kicked off the day with a little bit of stretching then I was out for probably twenty or so minutes around the neighbourhood. Quite sunny🌞 , it felt summery.
Next I got on with the chores then watched some YouTube and kept up with the trending stories.
Its been a sunny 🌞 day and that extended until this evening when I took my first and final walk. As usual slow paced enjoying the cool evening breeze 🍃.
So now let's get into the trending news of the day.
Starting off in Gaza,the mass murder with Israeli airstrikes targeting Hamas kept going today 11 Palestinians killed😿. The attack happened in Khan Younis inside the courtyard of European hospital housing displaced people.
Across the border in Israel, sirens went off as the defence system intercepted a missile fired from Yemen🙀.
Still in the middle east, Saudi Arabia trending as Trump visited. He was accorded a warm welcome .Then later took part in US-Saudi investment forum where Saudi Arabia pledged to invest $600 billion in the US.
Trump has also announced the lifting of sanctions on Syria.
People are out in the streets of Damascus celebrating the end of 14 year economic embargo/ sanctions that have crippled the economy.
The future now looks bright 💯.
In Europe, France trending as Kim Kardarshian appeared in a Paris court to give evidence of how she was tied up and robbed in 2016.
The thieves targeted her after she kept posting her precious engagement ring, her locations in real time and future plans. How dumb😹.
Still in Europe, UK trending as very sad story of a man wrongly imprisoned for 38 years has been found not guilty of murder after new DNA evidence😿.
I don't know how he can be compensated for all that time locked away. He was only 30 years old at the time of imprisonment.
Speaking of imprisonment, Across the pond in the US, Diddy's freak off case kept going with former girlfriend Cassie giving evidence.
We end on a sad note with the death of Uruguay former president Jose Mujica at the age of 89😿.
Mujica had been described as "the world's humblest head of state" due to his austere lifestyle and his donation of around 90 percent of his US$12,000 monthly salary to charities that benefit poor people and small entrepreneurs.
What a good example he set, but sadly no other president is following in his footsteps. He was one of a kind. RIP💯.
