My Actifit Report Card: September 8 2025.....Awesome Monday ๐ฃ๐จ๐๐๐๐ฏ๐๐๐ผ๐๐ด๐คโโ ๐ผ๐ถ๐โจ๐ ...
Hello everyone ๐ป,
Happy Monday ๐ and a very warm welcome to my report. We are onto a new week, headed deeper into September. Hopefully you had or are having a great day.
Mine has been ok and it's now time to break it down including the trending stories. You definitely know the drill ๐น. Thank you for stopping by and let's quickly take a look, come on๐จ.
So today I had my usual morning walk around the neighbourhood then I handled the the house chores and kept following the trending stories.
My next walk came around noon, going to the grocery for some cooking ingredients.
It was a nice cloudy day, a little warmer than yesterday though. I walked a little further to the pharmacy picking up some prescriptions.
Anyways, my last walk was this evening enjoying the cool evening breeze around the neighborhood.
So then now let's look at the trending stories.
Starting off in Gaza, the mass murder/ genocide kept going with 52 Palestinians killed in Israeli airstrikes targeting Hamas๐ฟ.
Whole tower blocks are being flattened as Netanyahu warns Palestinians to leave Gaza city, he says Palestinians must go south into Al Mawasi. He will probably send more bombs there.
Across the border in Israel, 6 people were killed in a shooting at a bus stop in Jerusalem. The shooters, suspected Palestinians were killed at the scene.
Following that attack Israel has intensified its raids and attacks in the Occupied West Bank trying to find out who they were and who supported that attack.
Then UK trending as Palestinian president Mahmood Abbas was in London meeting PM Keir Starmer at 10 Downing street.
The UK is due to recognize Palestinian statehood at the UNGA later this month.
Still in the UK, the underground tube service was ground to a halt as tube workers went on strike demanding higher pay and shorter working hours. Creating chaos for commuters who use the service to and from work.
Staying in Europe, France is in fresh political crisis after MPs ousted PM Francois Byrou through a vote of no confidence. He has been in office for only 9 months. He will resign tomorrow and it's going to be a tough time for president Macron losing two PMs in less than a year.
Finally, Nepal trending as 19 protesters were killed by police bullets. There have been widespread protests against corruption in the government.
This after govt shut down social media including facebook , X and Youtube.
They have vowed to keep going and send the message that they will not tolerate corruption and injustice from the govt.
So that's it, let's touch base on a fiery terrific Tuesday. Take care and good bye โค๏ธ. Hakuna Matata ๐ป.
