You are right Wil, February is the time most people begin giving up on their fitness goals but am powering through with the daily walks, rope skipping and bicycle rides.
Keep training and am sure you will be able to master the human flag in no time. That's a nice power pose in the picture, a precourser to the human flag👍😀
