Google traduction told me it is cold "Topokki" (in French ^^) but it is pronounced "tteogbokk-i".

That is correct. it's should be pronounced as [Tteok bokki]. :)
Please don't hesitate to try it, it is very tasty indeed.
(not sure about nutrition tho.. haha)

I'll try to find Tteok in France, but that will be the first challenge before cooking xD
