It is OBSCENE!!! Not just that we throw it out, but that so much is produced in first place. Maybe some scarcity is needed to bring us back into balance!

and that poor people are forced to eat shit food due to say government benefits and not affording good stuff, when all the good stuff is trashed at the end of the day as no-one buys it anyway
