A Vipassana meditation 🧘♀️ course. That seems pretty interesting! It’s the opposite of getting steps but it’s the sort of thing that puts down roots for you mind and spirit to enable an even more focused life (and that includes workouts). Good for you @amico!
So many people think that taking care of themselves is all about the catabolic process. The tearing down process. It’s what’s featured in marking and advertising all the time so who can blame them. Meditation falls into the anibolic or restorative activities.
I believe that people (myself included) need to spend more time in active recovery. So that’s great that your taking this course!
Does this mean you’ll be able to teach meditation once your done?
