Hahaha! Still summer for 40 years! 😂

Running close to sea level gives me a super charge especially because where I live (Alberta Canada) we are so far above sea level!

It’s one of my favourite things actually! Going for a run on the beach! Korea Busan must be low altitude hey?!

    As do I! 41 days until I hit the sands of Hawaii! I plan to do some running on the beach for sure for sure!
