Like they just have account names and keys? see i need a system like that whic lets someone actualy create their own username, i ould give them like keys to an account with just 14.5 SP and 0.1 Steem and they can use tHAT account to REATE their own account on steeminvie using just posting and active key of it

It's a unique, one-time-use code that allows you to instantly create an account with any desired username that you want. You choose your username ;-). Once you redeem the code and choose your username, you're presented with your master keys and that's it! Instant magic. It requires 3 Steem to create an account and once you create the account, the created account has that 3 SP. You're immediately up and ready to roll!
Also, just a note, but we open-sourced the account creation code if you want to mimic/launch your own service.
