Great article. There was a website that I used to go to daily for the great content. The all of a sudden there were so many ads that it became too much a pain to read the articles. Oddly enough, most of the revenue went to the website owner and not to the content writers. I stopped going to that website. Interesting how the ads stopped traffic and drove away readership. May have to pay it one last visit to invite the writers over here to steemit.
Would be a great idea, maybe the writers from that website will have a better time writing here for themselves and actually making some money out of it.
I really think ads will be gone pretty soon, because no one wants to be interrupted while watching content, and ads are doing exactly that. I guess people will have to find new ways to make money or use the ones that already exist - selling things, promoting and reviewing products, using Steemit and so on.
