RE: 31 DAYS OF #ADVENTUBE // DAY 2 // Q: value, what is that to you? day two in the vlogging advent calendar!

Great video again, really loving the diversity. Only thing I can think of is maybe having a few videos with 10 in each etc but then that gets over complicated or if it has to be, maybe taking turns so if it was 25 people, it would be like 3 days of different people but then thats over complicated too so maybe the best idea I have is you have 10 people for a set period of time e.g. 7 days, 14 days etc then you start again or do the next project with completely different people, that way everyone gets ago and get paid some steem too. Of course I would love to be in all the projects lol but if its masses of people needed then maybe taking turns is only way to stop it getting hard to manage.

It is your project if you want to stop rewards but I think that is a little reward and motivates people to do it a bit more.

hmm, that's far too complicated. need a better way. thanks for your thoughts, also remember i've already paid out $15 for the 10 users for the month and i have to pay that out again on the 7th + i wanna upgrade it. i'll have a good think on it, maybe i'll just sent people steem or something, the focus was never gonna be in this 31 days about setting up a project to pay out, i guess the alternative is just to take no payment but i can't see that feature on dtube to ask for no payment and i really wanna put it there instead of youtube, because youtube never got their act together for collobration and tbh i think that platform is dying anyway...

maybe a spreadsheet with people who were on certain days, i liked that part what ya said, i'll take a look at that.

Also maybe it would be good idea to have some guidelines for future vloggers that join, like video aspect ratio, quality etc. Maybe add all the rewards up, pay for the cost of the app plus upgrades and if there some left over split it, only thing is not everyone does videos everyday, complicated as hell lol, you need a team if this gets big haha. If the main goal is upto 100 vloggers then it might have to be no rewards because it would just be too complicated but if it was to become a big thing and it was time consuming, reward would kinda be a must but ill just shut up now lol

yeah i did not want to go too 'rules' that but i'll have a think about it all, i like the gradual daily updates and roll out. it's meant to be chill -- i'm not gonna go too hard on 'quality' i'd rather it be loose and videoblogger style because i don't want to mute voices that can't afford kit.

it's day two, we will see each day, even if it's just me posting a video each day, that's fine too! :) -- if anything it's testing out the platform and the storage at the moment, next year will be the design of a mobile frontend and ideas about how we approach agencies for them to put in tenders for global responses to content they might have, be it products etc.

at 100 vloggers we would not do daily. we would do on demand, they brand/agency would request a 'task' and we would put a price on that as a group and split that, i'm thinking totally micro tasking here too for jobs like animation, greenscreen, voiceover, stuff like that -- like a steem blockchain upwork/fiverr.

yeah I get that, just simple stuff, for instance you already said no filters as it gets in the way. I wasn't sure myself when I started and just winged it. Sounds great, sure it will do well.
